1 AN ACT concerning courts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Supreme Court Act is amended by changing
5Section 7 as follows:
6 (705 ILCS 5/7) (from Ch. 37, par. 12)
7 Sec. 7. The The supreme court shall be vested with all
8power and authority necessary to carry into complete execution
9all its judgments and determinations in all matters within its
10jurisdiction, according to the rules and principles of the
11common law and of the laws of this State.
