AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation
Act of 2013 is amended by changing Section 1-101 as follows:
(210 ILCS 49/1-101)
Sec. 1-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act of 2013.
