AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Pyrotechnic Use Act is amended by changing
Section 0.01 as follows:
(425 ILCS 35/0.01) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 126.9)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Pyrotechnic Use Act.
