AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $26,000,000, or so much of that sum
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to
reimburse public universities and community colleges for costs
associated with the Illinois Veteran grant program and the
Illinois National Guard and Naval Militia grant program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
July, 2025.
