AN ACT concerning business.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Securities Law of 1953 is amended
by changing Section 2 as follows:
(815 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 137.2)
Sec. 2. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the the
context otherwise requires, the terms defined in the Sections
of this Act that precede Section 3 shall have the meanings
therein ascribed.
