AN ACT concerning aging.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Respite Program Act is amended by changing
Section 3 as follows:
(320 ILCS 10/3) (from Ch. 23, par. 6203)
Sec. 3. Respite Program. The The Director is hereby
authorized to administer a program of assistance to persons in
need and to deter the institutionalization of frail or disabled
adults.
