AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Excavation Fence Act is amended by changing
Section 0.01 as follows:
(430 ILCS 165/0.01) (was 720 ILCS 605/0.01)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Excavation Fence Act.
