AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Economic Opportunity Act is amended
by changing Section 5 as follows:
(20 ILCS 625/5) (from Ch. 127, par. 2605)
Sec. 5. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
Illinois Economic Opportunity Act.
