AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Clean Coal FutureGen for Illinois Act of
2011 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 1108/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Clean
Coal FutureGen for Illinois Act of 2011.
