| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate the Marist High School | ||||||
| 4 | varsity volleyball team, the RedHawks, on winning the 2018 | ||||||
| 5 | Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Class 4A State | ||||||
| 6 | Championship; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, The RedHawks won the championship with a 25-21, | ||||||
| 8 | 25-11 victory over Downers Grove North High School at Redbird | ||||||
| 9 | Arena on the campus of Illinois State University; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, The RedHawks compiled a season record of 39 wins
| ||||||
| 11 | and three losses on their way to their second-consecutive Class | ||||||
| 12 | 4A state championship; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, The RedHawks are led by Head Coach Jordan Vidovic
| ||||||
| 14 | and assistant coaches Monica Estand and Jenny Phelan;
