| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the | ||||||
| 4 | St. Teresa girls cross country team on winning the Class 1A | ||||||
| 5 | State championship in Peoria on November 5, 2012; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, The St. Teresa girls cross country team completed | ||||||
| 7 | the regular season with a record of 10-2 and finished the year | ||||||
| 8 | by winning their 3rd consecutive Class 1A State championship; | ||||||
| 9 | and

| 10 | WHEREAS, The St. Teresa Girls cross country team took | ||||||
| 11 | command of the meet and won by scoring 41 points; senior Ivy | ||||||
| 12 | Handley finished her career by winning the individual State | ||||||
| 13 | championship; and

| 14 | WHEREAS, The St. Teresa Girls cross country team is coached | ||||||
| 15 | by Todd Vohland; the team's assistant coach is Brenda Moore; | ||||||
