HOUSE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
Representatives are pleased to congratulate Ty Harmston, of
Stockton High School and a member of the Lena-Winslow/Stockton
High School Wrestling Team, on becoming the 2014 Illinois High
School Association Class 1A 220-pound Division Wrestling State
Champion; and
WHEREAS, Ty Harmston has compiled a career record of 122-7
and is a 3-time State qualifier; and
WHEREAS, This is Ty Harmston's second State championship;
he was a runner-up as a sophomore; and
WHEREAS, Ty Harmston was a member of the 2012 State Dual
Team Runner-Up; and
WHEREAS, Ty Harmston helped his team to a 74-11 record over
his career; and
WHEREAS, Ty Harmston plans on playing football for Northern
Illinois University after graduating high school; therefore,

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
we congratulate Ty Harmston on becoming the 2014 Illinois High
School Association Class 1A 220-pound Division Wrestling State

presented to Ty Harmston as an expression of our esteem and
