| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate United States Army | ||||||
| 4 | Captain Abbigail Faith Ciganek on her outstanding performance | ||||||
| 5 | in Class #26-001 of the U.S. Army Captains Career Course; and | ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, The U.S. Army Captains Career Course is comprised | ||||||
| 7 | of three phases, including common core, logistics, and plans; | ||||||
| 8 | course participants have their cumulative GPA from the three | ||||||
| 9 | phases compiled, and the participant who earns the top overall | ||||||
| 10 | GPA is recognized as the distinguished honor graduate and the | ||||||
| 11 | participant who earns the second overall GPA is recognized as | ||||||
| 12 | the honor graduate; and | ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Captain Ciganek completed the U.S. Army Captains | ||||||
| 14 | Career Course, scoring first in her class of 128 participants | ||||||
| 15 | in two phases, common core and logistics, and being recognized | ||||||
| 16 | as the honor graduate of Class #26-001; and | ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Captain Ciganek's accomplishment of earning the | ||||||
| 18 | honor graduate distinction in Class #26-001 of the U.S. Army | ||||||
| 19 | Captain Career Career Course not only demonstrates her hard | ||||||
| 20 | work, dedication, and patriotism but also serves as a true | ||||||
| 21 | exemplar of the entire U.S. Army; therefore, be it | ||||||

| 2 | HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||

| 4 | Ciganek on her outstanding performance in Class #26-001 of the | ||||||
| 5 | U.S. Army Captains Career Course in which she earned the | ||||||
