| 2 | WHEREAS, Lynn M. Dixon, a lifelong resident of Chicago's | ||||||
| 3 | historic Chatham community, is celebrating the milestone | ||||||
| 4 | occasion of her 70th birthday; and | ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Lynn Dixon serves as president of Comprehensive | ||||||
| 6 | Construction Consulting, Inc. (CCC), located in Chicago's | ||||||
| 7 | Monadnock Building, bringing over 22 years of professional | ||||||
| 8 | expertise to the firm; and | ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Under Lynn Dixon's leadership, CCC has grown into | ||||||
| 10 | a premier African American-owned firm, setting high standards | ||||||
| 11 | in construction management, project controls, and public | ||||||
| 12 | outreach across the Chicagoland region; and | ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Lynn Dixon has directed the business and | ||||||
| 14 | financial strategies for major transformative infrastructure | ||||||
| 15 | projects shaping Illinois, including the Chicago Public | ||||||
| 16 | Schools Capital Construction Program, the Chicago Transit | ||||||
| 17 | Authority's Red Line Extension, and the Illinois Department of | ||||||
| 18 | Corrections' Rehabilitation and Restoration Inside Safe | ||||||
| 19 | Environments (RISE IDOC) initiative; and | ||||||
| 20 | WHEREAS, Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lynn | ||||||
