HOUSE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
Representatives wish to congratulate Joseph Harper on the
occasion of his retirement from The Center; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Harper served as the executive director of
The Center from December 2019 to July 2026; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Harper has had a positive impact on his
community by modernizing The Center, investing in its
employees and growing its resources; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Harper has a remarkable record of
achievement with The Center that is unlikely to ever be
duplicated; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Harper continues to live by his mantra,
"Alone we can do so little; Together we can do so much.";
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
we congratulate Joseph Harper on his retirement from The
Center, and we wish him the best in all of his future
endeavours; and be it further
