HOUSE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Joseph A.
Middona, who passed away on October 23, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Middona was born in Melrose Park on March
21, 1977 to Leonard "Len" and Linda Middona; he married Miranda
at St. Partrick's Church in 2008; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Middona began his career in plumbing in
1999, when he joined the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 501
(now Chicago Journeymen Plumbers' Local Union 130, U.A.; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Middona was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears
fan and enjoyed beach vacations with his family; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Middona was preceded in death by his
grandparents, Frances and Leonard and Frieda (nee Merendino)
and William Muller; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Middona is survived by his wife, Miranda;
their 3 children, Gianni, Gabriele, and Vincenzo; his parents,
Len and Linda Middona; his brother and sister-in-law, Anthony
and LeeAnne Middona, and their children, Ethan, Evan, Nathan,
Aaron, and Aidan; his mother and father-in-law, Donna and Roger

Ronzheimer; his brother-in-law and nephew, Brooks and Brendan
Ronzheimer; and countless family and friends; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
mourn the passing of Joseph A. Middona, and extend our sincere
condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
him; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to the family of Joseph Middona as an expression of
our deepest sympathy.
