| 6 | WHEREAS, Sylvia Heuser was born on October 26, 1915 in | ||||||
| 7 | Chicago; her parents are Julia and Thomas Rocco; she grew up on | ||||||
| 8 | Taylor Street with her 3 siblings; and

| 9 | WHEREAS, Sylvia Heuser was a 29-year employee for the Mars | ||||||
| 10 | Candy Company, where she hand-wrapped candy bars; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Sylvia Heuser has lived through 10 major military | ||||||
| 12 | conflicts, 18 United States Presidents, and the Great | ||||||
| 13 | Depression; and

| 14 | WHEREAS, Sylvia Heuser raised 2 beautiful girls with her | ||||||
| 15 | husband, Ted; she is the grandmother of 5 grandchildren, | ||||||
