| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to recognize WBNQ radio personality Susan | ||||||
| 4 | Saunders; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Susan Saunders has hosted the morning radio show | ||||||
| 6 | on WBNQ in Bloomington-Normal for 20 years; she is consistently | ||||||
| 7 | the highest-rated personality in the Twin Cities area; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, As of January 17, 2018, Susan Saunders will have | ||||||
| 9 | completed over 5,000 shows across both the WBNQ and WJBC radio | ||||||
| 10 | stations; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Susan Saunders has volunteered numerous hours | ||||||
| 12 | with St. Jude, the Brotherhood Tree, Make a Wish, and Path; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Susan Saunders was born and raised in Illinois; | ||||||
| 14 | she enjoys promoting her community and encouraging people to | ||||||
| 15 | buy locally; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Susan Saunders is proud to have made the | ||||||
| 17 | Bloomington-Normal area home for the past 20 years; therefore, | ||||||
