| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Warren S. | ||||||
| 4 | Hadad of Antioch, who passed away on January 7, 2012; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, He was born February 10, 1922 in Chicago, the son | ||||||
| 6 | of the late Benjamin Samuel and Edith Violet (Johnson) Hadad; | ||||||
| 7 | he grew up in Lake Villa, later lived in Waukegan, and settled | ||||||
| 8 | in Antioch in 1985; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, He proudly served in the United States Navy during | ||||||
| 10 | World War II; on March 1, 1952 he married Shirley Schultz in | ||||||
| 11 | Waukegan; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, He was a member of St. Raphael the Archangel | ||||||
| 13 | Church, Antioch and cherished spending time with his family; he | ||||||
| 14 | worked from 1946 to 1986 as a plumber, and then joined his | ||||||
| 15 | sons, working for Hadad Custom Homes, retiring in 1997; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley | ||||||
| 17 | Hadad; his parents; and his sister, Virginia Banks; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Warren Hadad is survived by his children, Gary | ||||||
| 19 | (Diane), Jerry (Teresa), LuAnn (Gerald) Miller, and Leslie | ||||||
| 20 | Wenzel; his 11 grandchildren; his 11 great-grandchildren; and | ||||||

| 1 | his siblings, Ben (Margaret) Hadad, Lyla (Tony) Palmieri, and | ||||||
| 2 | June Pierce; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 3 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 4 | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 5 | we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of | ||||||
| 6 | Warren Hadad; and be it further
| ||||||
| 7 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 8 | presented to the family of Warren Hadad as a symbol of our | ||||||
| 9 | sincere sympathy.
