| 4 | the Illinois House of Representatives; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, A previous resolution, passed by the House, | ||||||

| 11 | work and extend him best wishes on his 70th birthday; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Charles Wheeler III's life's work was highlighted | ||||||
| 13 | by such feats as doing play-by-play of all 154 Milwaukee Braves | ||||||
| 14 | games in 1954 for siblings and friends, using little more than | ||||||
| 15 | a fertile imagination and an All-Star baseball spinner board; | ||||||

| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Charles Wheeler III graduated from St. Mary's | ||||||
| 18 | College and the Medill School of Journalism and labored for 3 | ||||||

| ||||||
| |||||||
| |||||||
| 1 | WHEREAS, After 24 years of awarding winning coverage of | ||||||
| 2 | Illinois government and politics, skillful leadership of the | ||||||

| 5 | Wheeler III set his sights on higher education; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Over the last 18 years, Charles Wheeler III has | ||||||
