1 | HOUSE RESOLUTION
| ||||||
2 | WHEREAS, The University of Illinois is one of the world's | ||||||
3 | best research institutions; and
| ||||||
4 | WHEREAS, The University has 3 campuses in Chicago, | ||||||
5 | Urbana-Champaign, and Springfield; and
| ||||||
6 | WHEREAS, Undergraduate students at all 3 campuses engage in | ||||||
7 | research on cutting-edge topics under the guidance of their | ||||||
8 | professors; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Thirty of these students will be making poster | ||||||
10 | presentations about their research on April 29, 2015 in the | ||||||
11 | State Capitol at the first University of Illinois Undergraduate | ||||||
12 | Research Day; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, The campuses have received excellent guidance | ||||||
14 | from staff and faculty of the three campuses in preparation for | ||||||
15 | this day, namely Paul Diehl, Keenan Dungey, Ronald Loui, Karen | ||||||
16 | Ann Rodriguez, Aginah Muhammad, and Thomas Moss; therefore, be | ||||||
17 | it

18 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
19 | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | ||||||
20 | extend our congratulations to all University of Illinois |
