| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Russ Loebe on his | ||||||
| 4 | retirement from the Village of New Lenox; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, He is a graduate of Lincoln-Way Central High | ||||||
| 6 | School in New Lenox; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, He has been with the Village of New Lenox since | ||||||
| 8 | 1971, beginning as a part-time employee in the Public Works | ||||||
| 9 | Department, then becoming a licensed Wastewater Treatment | ||||||
| 10 | Plant Operator; he advanced to being the first Public Works | ||||||
| 11 | Department Director and eventually becoming Village | ||||||
| 12 | Administrator in 1985; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, He has served 6 mayors and 44 elected officials | ||||||
| 14 | throughout his public service; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, He is a member of the New Lenox Rotary Club; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, He will be enjoying retirement along with his | ||||||
| 17 | wife, Carol, and their sons, RJ and Jamie; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 19 | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
