| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Fry Elementary School | ||||||
| 4 | students Rachel Kelly, Nicholas Siodlarz, Mollie Valek, Dayton | ||||||
| 5 | Melaniphy, and Luke Diefenderfer for their impressive | ||||||
| 6 | performances in the InvestWrite program; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, InvestWrite is an innovative national essay | ||||||
| 8 | writing competition and a culminating activity of The Stock | ||||||
| 9 | Market Game program run by the SIFMA Foundation; the | ||||||
| 10 | competition provides financial education for people of all ages | ||||||
| 11 | through innovative programs that promote financial | ||||||
| 12 | independence; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Fry Elementary School student Rachel Kelly | ||||||
| 14 | received the great distinction of being named First In Nation | ||||||
| 15 | by the SIFMA Foundation for her essay; Nicholas Siodlarz | ||||||
| 16 | received the distinction of Second In Nation, while Mollie | ||||||
| 17 | Valek (5th place), Dayton Melaniphy (6th place), and Luke | ||||||
| 18 | Diefenderfer (7th place) also performed well during the | ||||||
| 19 | competition; and
| ||||||
| 20 | WHEREAS, Rachel Kelly, Nicholas Siodlarz, Mollie Valek, | ||||||
| 21 | Dayton Melaniphy, and Luke Diefenderfer will be presented with | ||||||
| 22 | their awards during the InvestWrite National Award Ceremony on | ||||||

| 2 | WHEREAS, Rachel Kelly, Nicholas Siodlarz, Mollie Valek, | ||||||

| 4 | work, integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of | ||||||
| 5 | Illinois; therefore, be it

| 6 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 7 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
