| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the | ||||||
| 4 | Rochester Rockets varsity football team on the occasion of | ||||||
| 5 | winning the 2012 IHSA Class 4A State Football Tournament; and

| 6 | WHEREAS, The Rochester Rockets defeated Rock Island | ||||||
| 7 | Alleman 43-18 to claim victory at the IHSA Class 4A State | ||||||
| 8 | Football Tournament; the team ended the season with a | ||||||
| 9 | phenomenal 13-1 record; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, The victory marks the third State title for the | ||||||
| 11 | Rochester Rockets, a rare distinction only achieved by 25 teams | ||||||
| 12 | in the entire State; and
