| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate the St. Thomas More | ||||||
| 4 | cross country team on being the IHSA Class A Cross Country | ||||||
| 5 | State Champions; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, St. Thomas More achieved this honor on November 3, | ||||||
| 7 | 2012; this is the first cross country State title in school | ||||||
| 8 | history; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, St. Thomas More's head coach, David Behm, is the | ||||||
| 10 | Illinois Track and Cross Country Coaches Association Coach of | ||||||
| 11 | the Year and the Champaign News Gazette and Illinois Prep | ||||||
| 12 | Harrier Coach of the Year; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, St. Thomas More's runners are Nick Hess (junior), | ||||||
| 14 | who was 3rd place in the Champaign News Gazette Runner of the | ||||||
| 15 | Year contest, Jacob Helfrich (senior), who was All-State, Sam | ||||||
| 16 | Powers (junior), Brendan Remington (junior), who was Illinois | ||||||
| 17 | Prep Harrier 5th Man of the Year, Sean Kelly (senior), David | ||||||
| 18 | Horn (freshman), Jack Bolger (junior), and George Pennacchi | ||||||
| 19 | (sophomore); therefore, be it

| 20 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 21 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
