HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 102
WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2012, with
the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Secretary of
State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School
Code; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Marshall
CUSD C-2 - Clark, with respect to non-resident tuition for
children of full-time employees of the school district,
identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education
as request WM100-5671, is approved for allowing the district to
claim the average daily attendance of such students on its
State Aid Claim and is disapproved for charging such students
tuition; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the request made by Bureau Valley CUSD 340 -
Bureau, Lee, and Whiteside, with respect to non-resident
tuition for children of full-time employees of the school
district, identified in the report filed by the State Board of
Education as request WM100-5656, is approved for allowing the
district to claim the average daily attendance of such students
on its State Aid Claim and is disapproved for charging such
