AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much of that
amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
Revenue Fund to the Secretary of State for grants to Data
Foundation Inc. to assist licensees under the Barber,
Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act
of 1985 in promoting voter registration and civic engagement.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
