Bill Title: Appropriates $24,342,458 to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for its ordinance and contingent expenses. Appropriates $178,000 to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Expungement Program. Appropriates $400,000 to the Office of the State Appellate Defender to develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center. Appropriates $70,000 to the Office of the State Appellate Defender to provide statewide training to public defenders under the Public Defender Training Program. Effective July 1, 2020.
