Bill Title: Appropriates $79,835,000 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. Appropriates $25,000 from the State College and University Trust Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University for scholarship grant awards from the sale of collegiate license plates. Effective July 1, 2022.
