AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Credit Card and Debit Card Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(720 ILCS 250/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 5901)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Illinois Credit Card and Debit Card Act".
