AN ACT concerning criminal justice.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Probation and Probation Officers Act is
amended by changing Section 13a as follows:
(730 ILCS 110/13a) (from Ch. 38, par. 204-5a)
Sec. 13a. The appointment of officers to probation or court
services departments under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 or to
full-time, non-clerical positions at juvenile detention
centers shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
