AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Uniform Crime Reporting Act is amended by
changing Section 5-1 as follows:
(50 ILCS 709/5-1)
Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
the Uniform Crime Reporting Act. References in this Article to
"this Act" mean this Article.
