2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 Section 5. The Community Services Act is amended by adding

5 Section 7 as follows:

6 (405 ILCS 30/7 new)

7 Sec. 7. Action plan for addressing Illinois' mental health

8 crisis.
