AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Water Commission Act of 1985 is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 3720/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 251)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
Water Commission Act of 1985.
