AN ACT concerning urban problems.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Blighted Areas Redevelopment Act of 1947 is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(315 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 63)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the
"Blighted Areas Redevelopment Act of 1947."
