AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
changing Section 218 as follows:
(820 ILCS 405/218) (from Ch. 48, par. 328)
Sec. 218. The The term "employment" shall not include
service performed by an individual in the employ of his son,
daughter, or spouse, and service performed by a child under the
age of 18 in the employ of his father or mother.
