AN ACT concerning public aid.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
changing Section 3-4 as follows:
(305 ILCS 5/3-4) (from Ch. 23, par. 3-4)
Sec. 3-4. Examination as to disability. For all purposes,
the the Illinois Department may accept determinations as to
disability performed under the auspices of the Federal Social
Security Administration and properly certified to the
Department.
