AN ACT concerning professional regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing
Section 4.30 as follows:

Sec. 4.30. Acts Act repealed on January 1, 2020 and
December 31, 2020.
(a) The following Acts are Act is repealed on January 1,
2020:
The Auction License Act.
The Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989.
The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989.
The Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989.
The Land Sales Registration Act of 1999.
The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act.
The Perfusionist Practice Act.
The Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989.
The Real Estate License Act of 2000.
The Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989.
(b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2020:
The Medical Practice Act of 1987.

Section 90. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
repealing Section 4.20.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
