AN ACT concerning courts.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Mental Health Opportunities for Youth
Diversion Task Force Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2018)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Mental Health Opportunities for Youth Diversion Task Force Act.
