AN ACT concerning public aid.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Nursing Home Grant Assistance Act is amended
by changing Section 1 as follows:
(305 ILCS 40/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 7100-1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Nursing Home Grant Assistance Act.
