AN ACT concerning housing.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Abandoned Housing Rehabilitation Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(310 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 851)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
Abandoned Housing Rehabilitation Act.
