AN ACT concerning urban problems.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Urban Renewal Consolidation Act of 1961 is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(315 ILCS 30/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 91.101)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Urban Renewal Consolidation Act of 1961."
