AN ACT concerning education.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section | ||||
34-85d as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/34-85d new) | ||||
Sec. 34-85d. Teacher evaluation; copies. Notwithstanding | ||||
any other provision of law to the contrary, the school district | ||||
shall provide all copies of teacher evaluations to the | ||||
exclusive bargaining representative of the school district's | ||||
teachers within 7 days after issuing the evaluations.
