AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental
Disabilities Administrative Act is amended by changing Section
1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 1705/1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 100-1)
Sec. 1. Purpose. The The purpose of this Act is to
consolidate in one statute certain powers and duties of the
Department of Human Services relating to mental health and
developmental disabilities.
