AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Fence Act is amended by changing Section
0.01 as follows:
(765 ILCS 130/0.01) (from Ch. 54, par. 0.01)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Fence Act.
