1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental
5Disabilities Administrative Act is amended by changing Section
61 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 1705/1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 100-1)
8 Sec. 1. Purpose. The The purpose of this Act is to
9consolidate in one statute certain powers and duties of the
10Department of Human Services relating to mental health and
11developmental disabilities.
