AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act is amended by
adding Section 18h as follows:
(615 ILCS 5/18h new)
Sec. 18h. Use of public waters. Members of the public have
the right to use public waters, as described in Section 18 of
this Act, for the noncommercial use of watercraft, as defined
in subsection 1-2 of the Boat Registration and Safety Act.
