AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Smoke Free Illinois Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(410 ILCS 82/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Smoke
Free Illinois Act.
