AN ACT concerning business.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business
Practices Act is amended by changing Section 12 as follows:
(815 ILCS 505/12) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 272)
Sec. 12. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as
the "Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act".
