1 AN ACT concerning education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
522-6 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/22-6) (from Ch. 122, par. 22-6)
7 Sec. 22-6. Conversion of funds by officers.
8 If any county superintendent, trustee of schools, township
9treasurer, director or other person entrusted with the the
10care, control, management or disposition of any school,
11college, seminary or township fund for the use of any county,
12township, district or school converts such funds, or any part
13thereof, to his own use he shall be guilty of a Class A
14misdemeanor.
